DISCOVER CASTLE THE HAIR during this exciting escaperoute

It's true! She exists: the ghost of De Haar... Her name is Wonne and she has been haunting the castle for centuries.

Wonne used to live at Castle de Haar and Dirk was her best friend. But Dirk is lost! Wonne has lost him for a long time. There's nothing like being a lonely little ghost! She rattles the doors, runs up and down the stairs, searches in every tower: Wonne wants a friend! Or else...she'll make the castle shake to its foundations! Will you help her search?

Escaperoute 'Het spook van de Haar' gives children a playful feeling of being part of this special castle and is a mix of 'crack the code' and creative assignments that children and their parents can do together around the theme of friendship, with ghost Wonne in the lead role. Want to try it out?

The children's activity "The Ghost of De Haar" is available for free during castle visits from January 8 to February 9, 2024. This activity comes in a variant for children 8 years and older. Children under 8 can do it together with an older person, or choose the simplified variant that consists of searching for letters that together form a code word. There is a nice surprise to be earned for all children.
