Last September we introduced a new tradition: Salons Kasteel de Haar. Four evenings where contemporary thinkers, artists and leaders came together around themes such as emancipation, art and social responsibility.
During an atmospheric dinner at long tables, guests were inspired by a live podcast led by journalist and author Femke van der Laan. The conversations with high-profile guests such as Lale Gül, Connie Palmen, Heleen Mees, Hedy d'Ancona, Hendrikje Crebolder and Ingrid Coenradie produced stimulating conversations and innovative insights at the table as well.
These stimulating encounters can be listened to again or watched on Spotify and YouTube at www.salonskasteeldehaar.nl

In the spirit of Hélène de Rothschild
Salons Kasteel de Haar is an exclusive talk series in the spirit of Baroness Hélène de Rothschild and her descendants. The original owner of the castle was a contrary, progressive woman who dared to chart her own course. She used her position and wealth to push boundaries, connect people and spark innovative conversations. With the Salons Kasteel de Haar we elaborate on her life story and connect past and present.
