With this Mother's Day breakfast we follow in the footsteps of the baronesses of Castle de Haar, who were known for their warm hospitality and made every guest feel special. One of the special customs was the breakfast bill: guests wrote down their wishes in the evening after which they were served a neat breakfast in their room the next morning.
